Channel 305 Logo Several emerging Miami filmmakers were each asked to create a short film about a specific Miami neighborhood for the 2008 Borscht Film Festival. Together, the shorts make up something called The CCCV Project. CCCV is the Roman numeral for 305, Miami's iconic area code.
